We have been Queen’s Cross tenants for around 15 years and have gradually increased the space we rent in that time – currently 3 office units and 2 workspace units.
We consider the space rented to be ideal in terms of location, layout and disabled access for us to run our charitable business efficiently. The quality of customer service is top notch – there is always someone at the other end of the telephone to help on the rare occasion we have an issue to resolve.
All in all, we consider we would be hard pushed to locate suitable alternative premises at such value for money rents.
Kiswebs moved into 5c Firhill House on Firhill Road and have been very pleased not only with the size and quality of accomodation but also the support we get from Queens Cross Workspace.
In the very few instances we have had to contact Queens Cross Workspace we have found them very responsive and very helpful. The fact that they are local to our office also means it is easy for them to pop over and see us if necessary.
All communal areas are kept clean and tidy and they also regularly test alarm systems ensuring our office is well protected. We would certainly recommend that you contact Queens Cross Workspace if they have available units to let.
