The building is located close to Garscube Road and Maryhill Road, two arterial roads linking the northern suburbs to the City Centre. There are regular bus services at Maryhill Road and Garscube Road, whilst St Georges Cross Underground is only a 10 minute walk away. Glasgow City Centre is located close by whilst the M8 motorway is easily accessible via junctions 16 and 17, less than a mile to the south.
The surrounding area consists of a mixture of residential and commercial business users including the headquarters for Queens Cross Housing Association.

They are carpeted and include a small kitchen area. Allocated parking (one space per unit) is available. Firhill Business Centre has an alarm system.
As landlord, we look after the common parts of the building, which includes servicing the fire alarm system, cleaning of common parts and servicing the intruder alarm system.
Our office is manned from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 and we are always available within these hours to assist tenants.
