Queens Cross Workspace Ltd

Queens Cross Workspace Limited is a recognised Scottish charity – No. SC006821 – and the holding company for the group. It began trading in 1990 with a grant of £13,000 and in the year to 31st March 2005 it had a turnover in the region of £850,000.

Its current property portfolio comprises of 67,190 sq ft is made up of office suites, workspaces and retail units. It has recently completed a new four-storey office development providing a total space of approximately 19,933 sq ft. See McCafferty House.

The Workspace’s property assets form a solid foundation for our other activities with all surpluses being reinvested in the community.

The Workspace is managed by a voluntary Board of Directors. Currently, the Directors are:
